The Youth-Driven Healthy South LA initiative is developing a comprehensive, data-driven community health action plan that identifies bold and innovative upstream solutions that address the high rates of obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease in South Los Angeles. Youth Community Health Liaisons, representatives from local organizations and project partners are working together to identify community assets, gaps in services and opportunities to leverage existing services to address the health inequities in South LA.
