Survey Design

NHF will spend time understanding your issues of interest, target population, and objectives for the survey. Conceptualization of survey design includes consideration of appropriate questions and flow of the survey tool.

Survey Implementation

Given your organization’s unique needs, NHF can help determine the appropriate methods for survey dissemination (e.g. paper, telephone, web-based), follow up and data collection. NHF can consult on these topics or conduct the survey implementation from start to finish.

Survey Analysis

NHF works with its partners to determine the objectives of the survey and what analysis is necessary to meet those objectives. Utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis software, NHF has the capability to report outcomes on a variety of survey questions (e.g., multiple choice, open-ended, checkbox, etc).

Web Survey Services

NHF provides another significant service—the ability to conduct web-based e-surveys. These e-surveys have many advantages over traditional pen-and-paper versions. Most importantly, e-surveys improve data quality by using a “direct entry” method and incorporating a real-time response tracking technique so that follow-up can be targeted. Also, e-surveys are delivered directly to respondents through e-mail, allowing for maximum flexibility in completing the e-survey and reducing data entry time. Furthermore, NHF can assist partners in creating a more robust e-survey by going through the process of translating a paper survey to a web-based survey.
