Brooke Fox is a Program Manager at the National Health Foundation, responsible for CHAMP (Children’s Health Access and Medical Program) and development of new programs to fulfill the goal of improved access to healthcare. Prior to joining NHF, Brooke worked extensively to expand coverage and care for California’s uninsured at Insure the Uninsured Project. She worked with counties around the state to strengthen existing programs, build new coverage options and promote health care reform. She also held multiple positions with the Mental Health Association at the national, state and local levels in which she engaged in advocacy, outreach, and education efforts around improved access to mental health services.

Brooke holds a Masters of Public Health conferred by the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology conferred by the University of California, Berkeley. Brooke is also a graduate of the Coro Health Leadership Program.
