Danielle Cameron is Director of National Development for National Health Foundation where she is responsible for fund and program development and project management in the organization’s three strategic areas of Chronic Disease Prevention and Management, Healthcare Delivery Systems, and Uninsured Children and Families. She is currently working on projects that evaluate the effectiveness of geriatric care management, review the state of hospital-based palliative care programs in California, and address the gaps in homeless medical services in Los Angeles County.
Prior to assuming this position, Ms. Cameron has held multiple positions in the child care and senior services fields working in both program management and fund development. In addition, Ms. Cameron has consulted nationally on the development and implementation of intergenerational day care. Ms. Cameron received her Master of Public Health degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. At UCLA, her master’s thesis work addressed the effectiveness of a childhood obesity intervention program at a free community clinic. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. |
