Andrew Barnes is currently completing his PhD in Health Services from the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds a Masters of International Public Health and Development conferred by Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience conferred by Pitzer College. He has worked in local and international health programs and health research for the last eight years. At NHF, he manages research projects and provides technical support projects requiring advanced statistics.
