Assessment and Planning

NHF has the capacity to conduct a series of planned assessments that generate information to be used in the understanding, design and implementation of a health program. Assessments can address social, situational, epidemiological, educational, ecological, administrative, and policy issues.

Design

Using data that was gathered in an assessment or planning phase, NHF has assist or lead the design of a health program. NHF will work with its partner to design a program that meets required goals and objectives, and can be implemented given the partner’s resources.

Implementation

Whether community-based, online, or in some other environment, NHF can consult on or lead the implementation of a health program.
