Collaborative Facilitation

NHF has an extensive history convening, managing and analyzing the success of collaboratives. NHF recognizes that facilitation involves both the management of personal relationship, and the logistics of meetings, conferences and other relevant events.

Grant writing

Many of NHF’s projects are based on partnerships with other nonprofit, public and private organizations. In order to financially support these partnerships, NHF can provide dedicated staff time for grantwriting efforts.
