| Jess Womack – Associate General Counsel for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Mr. Womack has also served as General Counsel for the Los Angeles Community Development Bank, a position he assumed following an 18-year career with the Atlantic Richfield Company from which he retired as Senior Corporate Counsel of Environmental Affairs. Mr. Womack is active in a number of organizations. He is Vice President of the Los Angeles Conservancy, on the Board of Directors of the Environmental Law Institute, a member of the Board of Trustees of Albion College, a member of the Advisory Board of the California Lawyer legal journal and past President of the American Corporate Counsel Association. |
